ChangeLog: 

* Added blob_consumer::create_artificial_revisions(), which is currently
  only capable of reducing to a single revision, eliminating all other
  parent_blobs which are ancestors. That's necessary, because we cannot
  re-merge ancestors with descendents.
* Removed the no longer unused function create_artificial_blob_for()
