ChangeLog: 

* added more view options and generalized the interface to the proxy model for 
them
FIXME: apparently the menu should show checked entries, but doesn't on OSX, 
whats wrong?!
* rightclick->change dir should work now
* fixed a bug where it was possible to diff an added file (this is prevented 
since added
files are not recorded in any revision other than the workspace thus mtn 
automate 
content_diff throws errors)
* updated translation
