ChangeLog: 

        * commands.cc (CMD(diff)): when --missing is given, only revert
        the intersection of restricted files and missing files. 
        Don't bother telling the user the sha1 hash of reverted files.
        * monotone.texi: update revert's description
        * tests/t_revert_restrict.at: update for new behaviour
        * work.cc (update_any_attrs): respect restrictions (so that
        working-copy operations don't fail with missing files).
