update bisect command docs and make bisect status report something interesting

* cmd_ws_commit.cc (bisect): update command group docs
  (bisect_reset): update command docs; throw usage for bad args
  (bisect_status): re-implement using new bisect_setup function; update command
  docs
  (bisect_update): factor out common bisect_setup function used by 
  update and status; remove FIXME regarding workspace update_id
  (bisect_good, bisect_bad, bisect_skip): update command docs
* tests/bisect/__driver__.lua: add basic tests for bisect status command
