ChangeLog: 

* use the new OpenPrompt dialog to let the user decide what he wants to
load if we can't load anything automatically
* properly close all windows on quit()
* acutally make the ensureCascadedPlacement hack work (this internally
looks for the window's placement in the openWindows vector, so we need
to make sure the window is in...)
* remove the QCloseEvent handling code, this didn't work anyways
