ChangeLog: 

* actually start a newly generated thread...
* remove the code which tries to create a new thread immediatly upon a
not running thread (this is stupid and ends in recursion)
* finally connect aborted() to the thread manager and cleanly remove
a died thread
* also remove running threads in teh destructor
