ChangeLog: 

* rcs_import.cc: added cvs_history.root_event, which is the branchpoint
  pseudo event for the trunk. This should probably better be a
  cvs_blob_index...

  Extended the live_files, so that it contains the states of multiple
  branches - a map of live_files for every branch.

  Corrected and added some invariants regarding branch finding.
