Is the CC to monotone-announce still waiting for approval? At least I've 
so far missed this announcement, as well as the 0.36 one. So does the ML 
archive [1].

Uh.. oops, I didn't care about the migration of the botan branch. That 
contains an update to botan 1.7.2. I probably should have merged that 
before the release, sorry.

However, that announcement seems dubious for two reasons:

 a) we have announced botan 1.6.0 for release 0.32 (see NEWS) and
 b) according to botan/build.h, release 0.32 through 0.36 already used 
botan 1.5.10. (?!?)

Since I didn't get any complaints, I've just merged back n.v.m.botan and 
thus upgraded to botan 1.7.2.
