Hello all,

I was able to figure this out after some trial and error.  It appears you just give it the hostname to give the status for resources.

In my slackware box this works: monit status `cat /etc/HOSTNAME `

In my redhat box this works: monit status `hostname`

Hi all,

Is there a monit CLI option to gather the $HOST information?  I have been typing "monit status | head" to see this but I wonder if there is a way to specify like there is for other tests.

Thanks in advance.
