[Announce] Monit 5.15-beta

Hi, all

We have released Monit 5.15-beta with lots of improvements in the SSL area with 
a very useful support for a notification that the SSL certificate is going to 
expire, so you won’t forget to renew it on time, improvements of the service 
dependency and many small fixes.

The beta is available as a source code release only, full 5.15 release with 
pre-build binaries will follow ca. within 1-2 weeks timeframe.

Compilation:

        tar -xzf monit-5.15-beta.tar.gz
        ./configure
        make
