Re: apache-status error after upgrade

Hello,

the apache-status protocol includes open slots since monit 5.9: 
https://bitbucket.org/tildeslash/monit/issue/78/apache-status-check-should-count-open

The previous apache-status test behaviour was confusing, please adjust the 
percentage levels.
