Docker image for monit

In case it's of use to [Docker](http://www.docker.com) users on this list...

From this Docker image (based on 
[phusion/baseimage-docker](https://github.com/phusion/baseimage-docker)), monit 
runs as a managed, non-privileged process.  It is able to be customized 
by mounting a configuration volume into a running container.  Or, it 
could be reused as either a source image or as the basis for including 
monit in a different image by reusing the install scripts/configuration.

This image is particularly useful for running "dockerized" network check 
or "check process" scripts.
