The "if failed port 143 protocol imap with timeout 20 seconds within 1 cycles
then stop" will stop the service and disable its monitoring - Monit itself
should continue (the "stop" action is only for the service in which context is
defined).
You can enable the monitoring again using either "monit monitor <servicename>"
or "monit start <servicename>".
