Yes, the monit log contains all event related informations - usually on single line.
Another solution is to use M/Monit ... it allows to set generic alert rules centrally and execute custom script on event - the script gets all event informations via environment variables.
I've been looking for the same thing but it appears you would have to use an email handler to write out the mail to a file or process it in some way. If you come up with an easier solution please share with the list. To those of you answering - does monit log alerts as a unique line with details?
