Thanks for the idea, but that would be a little frustrating for this 
particular purpose.  FYI to all, when the login session expires it spits 
all the login page html into the output window of the execute program 
pop-up when you try to test it.  This ended up being the way that worked:

/usr/bin/curl -X POST http://lead.test.com/voice_call/ -d 
"number=8045551212" -d "message=hello+there+this+is+a+test"
