Where to right place to get monit for centos 6.2

Dear All,

               I got a new centos 6.2 box. So I read about monit and some suggest to get it from EPEL repository. So if I also read about upstart it makes sure it will respawn if monit goes down. So will the EPEL version will have those features of support with upstart? Thank you.
