if-match

Hi,

I really like the "check file.. if match"-feature, but the problem is, that
depending on the logfile and the situation, we get too much alert mails.

For example, if you would like to know if there are any sql.exceptions in a 
logfile and suddenly a severe problem with the database connection occurs, then 
we get several thousand mails, which is quite annoying.

We would appreciate the possibility to configure monit in a way that we don't 
get 
a mail for each matching line but only a mail with the number of matches.
IS this possible with monit at the moment or do you have any plans for monit
to achieve this ? 

Maybe another solution would be to define a threshold for a maximum number of 
mails
being sent for a certain match within a certain amount of cycles.
