See the manual on how to use 'check program'.

Not really, you need to try and figure this out yourself. A minimum of effort 
is required, this list is not your personal support channel. The log output you 
provided should help. Hint, calling /etc/init.d/dcerpcd without arguments 
obviously returns 1 which means that your 'if status != 0' always is true.
