use address

Hi all

Is there an option to not entering the 'use address'  in  the configuration for 
the httpd server? Can I write 'use address *.*.*.*'?
My problem is that I do not know up front what this ip address is. I want to 
have one config file that works on different machines, so if I have a new 
machine I only have to copy the config and start it.  
I'm using the latest version compiled from source.
