Doh,

On closer inspection, I get

"Description: failed, cannot open a connection to
INET[www.domain.com:443]"

and 

"Description: failed, cannot open a connection to
INET[www.domain.com:80]"

So my main issue never existed but I'd still like to get rid of the
invalid rcpt messages in monit.log and my mail logs due to attempts to
deliver to yahoo.co.uk on localhost.

Is there a way to tie the alert address to a particular set
mailserver?
