Monit - Check inverse rule

I have this scenary:

I have a machine running monit and another one with port 22 blocked. I`d like to check periodically if this machine opens port 22 and then, monit alerts me. Something like this:

check host NO_SSH address no_ssh.host.com

    check IF NOT FAILED port 22 

or 

   check IF SUCCEEDED port 22 ...

I tried my ways to do this, but I didn`t get success! 

Can you help me?  Can we do it on Monit???
