Without much more to go on, I would say this _sounds_ like more of a shell script/cron
situation, as Monit is only a monitor, and it isn't designed to interact directly with services
in that manner. It just verifies that they live, and that certain file dependencies are
unchanged.
 
If you really think this is something Monit should do based on something you read in the
docs or the FAQ, please give us more info for what you want it to do, and where in those
docs/FAQ gave you the idea.
