lease specify the configured service name message

I just install monit on ubuntu and modify monitrc for a local system
check, just to see how it works. I also enable the http. When I type
sudo monit start
I get the following message

monit: please specify the configured service name or 'all' after restart

I have no idea what this means
I also have not seen any tutorial mentioning this service name.
