The 'totalmem' counts memory of all apache children (http processors) ... it is 
possible that during peaks lot of children are spawned to handle lot of 
parallel requests and the summary will exceed 200MB. You should review the 
limits and if 200MB is OK situation, then either rise the limit or disable this 
check ... it depends on your enviroment (how much memory the server has, etc.)
