Hey,I'm having a problem with monit in cases that the service takes long to come up (antivirus) something like a minute or two, monit status sometimes reports the service as "Does not exist", i don't know if it's a bug, but i'm writing a bash script to check if the service is up and if not manually run "monit -g GroupName start" but what if the service is already in INITIALIZING mode? will it stop what it's doing and re-run the start script (which always calls stop function before it tries to start the service), or will it ignore the call.
Very odd, i know. Best regards Ofer Peled.
