restoring image on Poweredge 750 created on Poweredge 850

hi 

Is it possible to retore an image created on Poweredge 850 and restore it on Poweredge 750 . I was able to restore the image on the brand new Poweredge 850 but on Poweregde 750 it is getting stuck on 28% with this error in the log

afio: "mnt/cdrom/archivers/92.afio.bz2" [offset 7264m+824k+0] : Input/output error



this message is keep on coming in the log files.
