This looked wrong, two va_copy calls... Try replacing log.c with this:
Nope, same segfault, substantially same gdb output.
Hmm ... can anybody provide the access to opteron with RHEL4 64-bit edition?
I'll check with my boss if he minds if I give the developers a temporary account.
