H-Sphere already has routines in place to do a graceful restart of

Is there a way to tell monit that Apache is not really down if
monit just happens to do its check when the automation system is
already in the process of restarting Apache?
If you can hook shell commands into the H-Sphere restart routine you
can disable monitoring of apache while H-Sphere restart and enable it
afterwards. Simply call; 'monit unmonitor apache' and 'monit monitor
apache'
