The monit-4.3.tar.gz file should be fine. It looks like your Browser
does not recognize the application/x-tar content-type the HTTP server
sends when you download the monit package.
If you can, try to download with another Browser or simply use this
command: wget http://www.tildeslash.com/monit/dist/monit-4.3.tar.gz
