It apache crashes what monit does? runs start program?

I think it will do a stop, then a start, which is basically what the restart
script does.

Ok. Is there solution where user can add something like timeout.
Like stop apache using command /etc/init.d/httpd stop and wait minute
and then start apache.

In this scenario monit is useless, because it fails to start apache, maybe it check if apache is working too fast. It takes about minute to process my apache config-files (about 400domains)
