Misc monit questions |

Hi,
I 've just installed monit (configured to start from init) and I have 3
questions:
1) "ps aux | grep monit" gives me 3 monit processes (inittab contains only one
monit
invocation). Is that the normal behavior ?
2) My monitrc is in /etc/monit/monitrc. Is it possible to tell monit where it
is at
compile time ? (typing -c /etc/monit/monitrc is boring)
3) I use syslog-ng and it is configured to get monit messages. But monit logs
also
appear on the console, although they are not emerg or alert logs (that is the
only logs
syslog-ng sends to the console). Is it because monit was started by init and
how can I
avoid this ?
Thanks
