Summary:  Bug when adding an attribute

Original Submission:  I'm using the mlview 0.0.2 I downloaded today. When I try 
to add an element using the "Add attribute" button, the list of the possible 
value just show four times the first one.

Example :
The DTD is :

<!ELEMENT test (other)>
<!ELEMENT other EMPTY>
<!ATTLIST other
        x (toto|tata|titi) #REQUIRED>

If you want to had a "x" attribute to the other element, I have the list :
toto
toto
toto
toto

And that's all !
