During "make depend", called by config/configure this happens:

/usr/local/bin/ocamlc.opt -I tools/zoggy -I +camlp4 -pp

I can't see any reason for that. IMO, if Fox is linked against libtiff,
fxscintilla will too. But if Fox isn't linked with libtiff, fxscintilla
shouldn't either.
I need more details.
