Details:

Go to Options and put the mouse over say "Misc" section. Click it and do not
move the mouse. When the page reloads misc section is shown ok, but the mouse
is now over "Delays" section link.

I.e. the problem is that the option table has no fixed width and has
different size for different sections. Section selection links are tied to the
table and so also change their position. This makes it very cumbersome to
quickly navigate through options.

To avoid this behaviour the "finished" file should be checked against its MD4
to be sure it is correct.
This is than a duplicate of bug 3338.

due to a bug i lost a file i just had downloaded, so i forced redownload.
what happend was the file suddenly downloaded 98%, and while being in download
queue it was created in incoming, but with totally differend md5, and it was a
totally unusable file.

also, the file which mldonkey claimed to be downloaded 98% had no
corresponding file in the tmp dir with a fitting hash.

this happens all the time i use force_download with a file i had recently
finished to download.
