Details:

dllink does not report errors raised by network modules.
Especially this is annoying in the BT module when users want to
add local torrent file and MLDonkey has insufficient rights to
read the .torrent file. Without this patch MLDonkey only prints
"Unable to match URL" and the exception is printed to the logfile.
Now the exception is also printed as result of the dllink command:

Original CVS:
Eval command: dllink /mnt/develop/test.torrent

Exception Not_found for network FileTP
Unable to match URL : /mnt/develop/test.torrent

With this patch:

Eval command: dllink /mnt/develop/test.torrent

Exception Not_found for network FileTP
Unable to match URL : /mnt/develop/test.torrent
BitTorrent: Can not load load torrent file:
Sys_error("/mnt/develop/test.torrent: Permission denied")
