Details:

1) fix bug : close all current searches when one quits mlgui
otherwise the core continues to search
to test:
* open mlgui
* make a search request
* close the gui
* with your HTML browser "http://localhost:4080";, check "View searches" tab.
(if i open mlgui, the core is flooding the gui with results while mlgui
didn't make any query yet...)

possible raison to have mlnet memory growing up...
hope others ui act properly. To check

2) lower CPU usage by delaying heavy computations (use Glib.Idle)

3) rework the search tab
just make it more simple
hope pango will like it ;)
limit results to max hits
added min availability criterium

4) added Autosize columns. Should fix bug #14868

5) change pixmap for availability bars in pixbuf. should fix bug #14865

+ some minor bug fixes ...
