Hi all!
I'm using
MLNet 2.5-21: Multi-Network p2p client (Global Shares Gnutella G2 Fasttrack
FileTP BitTorrent Donkey), CVS-Version.
If I puted the max_hard_download_rate to 50 kbytes/s, I can see my mldonkeya
working with a limit of 25 kbytes/s. I have the same with 40/20, 60/30,
90/45 and so on.
Whats can be wrong with my setings?
