[Mldonkey-users] Release 2.5.19

MLdonkey 2.5.19 has been released (sources are both in the CVS and as
a tarball on Savannah).

A summary of the changes since 2.5.18:
- Most Savannah patches applied
- Important bug fixes:
* Removed memory leak introduced in 2.5.17 (no udp)
* Solved problem of losing downloaded parts at startup
- Improved Emule compatibility
- Command 'recover_bytes' to check on disk for non-zero parts
in a file and set them as already downloaded.
