The sharereactor key would have a link to a person though, like it says
here, thats what they are for:
Using a SSK, a user can built his own space, with her own rules and her
own KSKs, therefore reducing collisions between KSKs. The other use of a
SSK is to allow a user to built a reputation by publishing documents
while remaining anonymous but still identifiable. Anonymous documents
are of little value, because they are unreliable. Using this system, an
author can prove that he is the author of a given document. After a
while, this author can become trusted by others and build a reputation,
without disclosing her identity, which can sometime be dangerous. SSKs
rely on a public/private key scheme.
