Hi i just compiled mldonkey from CVS without Errors.
I'm using LFS with:

ocamlc version is 3.07+2
ocamlopt version is 3.07+2
lablgtk-1.2.6


I used

./configure --prefix=/usr/local --enable-batch --enable-pthread


Perhaps this helps to find the Problem.
