I'm interested in epoll. Since you seems to have good knolwedge of epoll
i have a few questions :
I think my adsl modem/router (Alcatel speedtouch Home ethernet) cannot
handle more than 300~400 connections simultaneously, so the question is
: since most of us are adsl users does it worth the effort to implement
epoll in mldonkey to handle so few connections.

BUT it seems that some edonkey servers (using epoll) can handle 100 000
users using dsl lines. So how can this be possible? How these modems can
handle so much connection?
