Hello,
my system is a Duron 600Mhz, 512MB with the newest Gentoo X86.
I use the newest mldonkey CVS version.
My filebase have 2916 files with 3,8GB. The mldonkey use 290MB memory.
For testing, I changed the filebase to 508 files with 66MB.
The mldonkey use 66MB memory.
The average memory use, based on this values, is 100KB memory per file.
My question is, was do mldonkey with this memory?
