Nope. Mldonkey just needs some time to recover the hashes of the chunks from
the network. So you should soon see incredible high d/l rates for your
files. (1000k/s or more...), as they are recovered. Unfortunately not fully
downloaded chunks will not be recovered afaik, but this should be some mb
only...
