Of course.

But if I see mldonkey dropping out of nearly every queue, because it is
not able to do connections of its own, because the LowID sources are
"eating up" the connection counter, then I mark this behavior as "bug".

Right now I am experimenting with eMule running via wine, and I am
shocked: I imported the hashes from my mldonkey into it and the overall
download rate is near the line maximum, compared to the few bytes I was
able to gather using mldonkey.

I repeat: Those are the same file-hashes and is the same server, I
am normally connected to with mldonkey.

I expected to get lower rates for the first time, because eMule uses a
new hash, while the mldonkey hash is already known, but the rates are
acutally better.

The number of sources found is identical to those mldonkey had for the
files, so the bug within mldonkey has to be a different one, most likely
in the communication with other clients.
