[Mldonkey-users] Low DL rates since 2.02+4

Hi list,

since 2.02+4 my DL rate is very poor. With 2.02+pango8c it is OK (about
10-25 k/s)
Since 2.02+4 it is about 0 - 5 K/s !!! Also Upload is at line maximum, so
that normal surfung is not
possible any more. Memory and CPU consumption is OK with 2.02+8 but thats
all.

Very popular files ( >10000 Sources) are OK, but everything below won't even
start downloading.

I am using mldonkey now for over six month, but the download was never that
poor !

Any hints for me.
