Hi MLdonkey,
I think we should leave emule take slots that it want : the more we
upload to them the more we download from them (at least in theory).
If we really want to proof to average joe user that their credit system
sucks, we need to upload only to interresting emule clients.In this case
we can put a max_available_slot_for_emule, and not suffer from slow
downloads rates that will affect us with a max_available_slot_for_emule.
