Hi,

You can already define your own viewer and use this viewer on the files
being downloaded. In the list of downlaoding file, right button menu
contains a 'preview file' entry. Then the viewer is launched on the file.
You can specify a program to use in downloads.ini file: By default
it is previewer = mldonkey_previewer but you can change it.
But problems may occur because of the incompleteness of
files : a player may not be able to read a file, for example if the
file header has not yet been downloaded.
So more can be done, here, for example by defining a previewer for each type
of file. Any volunteer ?

2 to 5 servers you can connect or 2 to 5 servers you stay connected ?
The mldonkey core stays connected to at most 5 servers, but it goes through
the list of known servers to connect to a server when it has been disconnected
from another.
