Details:

This is useful when you're adding a download list, or an apparent broken
link, on doing so, mldonkey does not add that broken link to it's download
list...or it's like staying offline, when offline, MLdonkey never add download
links.

If you want to add downloads despite its current broken state, there's no way
to do so...an offline mode will come in handy here so as to add every link
thrown at mldonkey...even though it's broken.
