I finished building new release of binary packages.

Some changes from previous release

  * Default GCC was changed from 4.9.4 to 5.4.0. See

  * mingw-w64 was updated from 4.0.6 to 5.0.1. See
https://github.com/mxe/mxe/pull/1613
  * qt5 was updated from 5.7.1 to 5.8.0. See
https://github.com/mxe/mxe/pull/1650

Known problem is broken --coverage flag of the compiler. See
https://github.com/mxe/mxe/issues/1665

The release has not been activated yet. I have build my software using
the binary packages successfully. Please check that your software
builds well with it. To try it, use official instructions
(http://pkg.mxe.cc), replacing http://pkg.mxe.cc/repos/apt/debian with
http://pkg.mxe.cc/releases/2017-02-11/apt/debian

I'll switch default location to new release in few days.
