[Mingw-cross-env-list] Whole digiKam source code compile fine under MXE

Hi MXE world,

After few weeks of development, i happy to post this message here to said that whole digiKam project (http://www.digikam.org) compile fine under MXE. This include a lots of part of KDE project.
